These sessions are for education and Nutrition clients who do not require hands-on or in-person sessions. A phone consult consists of a 60-minute session focused on your top concern, with two follow-up email questions to be answered Monday through Friday. This can be a one-time occurrence, or you can purchase a package for recurring sessions (most popular and highly recommended for optimal results).

One month
In the 1-month phone consult package, you participate in your first introductory call to identify the area of concern you wish to focus on. The subsequent sessions are dedicated to addressing that main area of concern and the best path for you to move forward towards your established goals. A personalized checklist is updated with the information we discussed regarding food choices and other recommendations tailored to your specific concern. This package includes four 1-hour consultations, along with four follow-up emails within the same month, to be addressed during the week.

3 months
In the 3-month phone consult package, you engage in your first introductory call to establish the area of concern you wish to focus on. The subsequent sessions are dedicated to addressing that main area of concern and the best path for you to move forward towards your established goals. A personalized checklist is updated frequently with the information we discussed regarding food choices and other recommendations tailored to your specific concern. This package includes 12 1-hour consultations with 12 follow-up emails within a 3-month time period, (emails to be answered during the week).
